There’s a pretty good chance that if she ever sees this, it won’t be for a while, but I need to get this off my chest. You see, there’s a special woman in my life right now, and she’s done something for me that I have yet to thank her for. So, thank you.

Thank you for believing in me, for having faith in me and for encouraging me to do things to better myself. It’s been a while since I’ve had anyone care about me that much. I know you probably think nothing of it, but I need you to know that it means the world to me. It  makes me thankful that I have you in my life. I may or may not have done these things on my own, but your encouragement, your faith and your love pushed me further than I would have gone on my own in such a short amount of time, and they strengthened my resolve to see these things through.

You know very little of what you do to me, but this gives you just a small glimpse into that amazing phenomenon. It may sound cliche, but I truly am a better person because of you.

The title of this post started off as a reference to the blog itself. Over the years, my blog has undergone a number of changes. New titles, software, URLs and content. I’ve lost a lot of my writing through sheer apathy, and this is something I regret in a way. My life has changed so much over the years that it would be nice to be able to look back and see what state of mind I was in, what was going on in my life and how I processed those events.
